Big Malki preeminent supplier of 11 excellent descendants

Big Malki is the name behind 11 of the 187 black-and-white cows ranked excellent in the past year (01-09-2021 to 31-08-2022) according to figures published by the cooperative CRV in the November edition of its trade journal Veeteelt. This gives Malki the greatest influence in the conformation ratings for the black-and-white segment. The fact that Big Malki has produced the highest number of excellent progeny in absolute terms is particularly noteworthy in view of the difference in the number of daughters by the various bulls. This is extra proof of the proven practical breeding vision at K.I. Samen!

Big Malki is demonstrating his value in the breeding world during an era when there is a pressing need for the highly sought after aAa code 165. Big Malki is 10 years old, but still in amazing condition. No one can fail to overlook this imposing, jet black bull who was bred by the Knoef family in Geesteren and offers a unique pedigree : Hoekland Maik x Skalsummer Jorryn x Leroy Abrian. He is most definitely a name that has left, and still is leaving, a mark on the landscape of breeding.

Excellent cows used as bull dam

Sandra 2 (EX 92) is one of the 11 excellent Malki daughters registered in the past year. She was used as a bull dam at K.I. Samen and produced the top bull VDR Slash. Another excellent Malki daughter registered previously is Big Super Star 146 (EX 91) – the dam of Redstar. She has also been used as a bull dam at K.I. Samen.
